Synchronising Risk-related reference data from Safety to Forms

Note that this change only applies to clients who use an integrated Damstra system that includes EPP, Safety and Forms.

To ensure seamless data flow for risk assessments submitted to Safety via Forms, we have added an ability to synchronise risk-related reference data from Safety into Forms, specifically Risk Score Matrix, Risk Impacts and Risk Classes. For that, go to the following screens:

• Settings > Risk > Risk Score Matrix Settings (for the Risk Matrix and Risk Impacts)
• Settings > Risk > Risk Classes

Set up your data as needed and then click "Sync Data to Forms". The reference data will be sent into Forms where users will be able to use it when filling in Risk Assessment forms. You will see the timestamp of the most recent syncing just above the "Sync Data to Forms" button.
