Creating an Upcoming Birthdays Report

The purpose of this report is to show employee birthdays occurring this month. 

1. Create a report using the view 'Employees and Additional Person Types'
   
   
2. Ensure to add Employee Name and DOB to the report.
   
   
   
3. Add 'Employee DOB - Month Start Date (Birthday)' to the filters.
   
   
   
4. Go to filter 'Advanced Settings'.
   Define the filter as BETWEEN Current Date - 1 Months AND Current Date + 0 Months.
   
   
   
   
5. This will then filter the report to show upcoming birthdays for this month. 
   
   
6. Publish the report. 
   
   
7. Voila!
