Activate 'View File' links in BI reports

In BI there is the ability to view and download files that have been uploaded to Vault directly from a report.

This option is not enabled by default and a setting needs to be toggled from the 'Column Formatting' menu within a report. 

To do this, you can follow the steps below:

1. Include the 'View File' field in your report
   
   
   
2. Click the drop-down arrow on the 'View File' field and navigate to Format > Edit
   
   
   
3. Change 'Use External Instance Base URL' to 'No'. 
   Ensure the settings match the following:
   
   
   
4. Close the menu
   
   
5. Clicking the 'View File' link will now work.
