A questionnaire is a great way to boost what learners remember of your video lesson as it takes a learner out of a passive video watching state, switches them to an active state, and invites them to interact with your training content.
There are two types of questionnaires in Damstra Learning: Quiz and Test. Read through Assessments - Quizzes and Tests article to find out the difference.
To create a quiz or a test;

Log in with Administrator permissions.

On the Edit Lesson Screen, click the Assessment tab to open up the assessment editor.

To select the assessment type, click Settings.

Choose whether you want the assessment to be Quiz or Test type. Set up a passing rate if the Test type is selected.
- You can add assessment questions in each module. To add a question click the New Question button then select the question type: multiple choice question or free text question.
- In this example, multiple choice question type was selected. Enter the details of your question, set one or more correct answers.
You can add images to support the question asked and apply text formats. - Save the assessment question.
Note: You can rearrange the question be clicking and dragging the icon with three lines at the end of each question.
Add hints through Advanced Options
Add hints before or after the question, or when they answer incorrectly.
