Online lesson scheduling in EPP for Companies offers company administrators:
- the ability to register workers for online training that is not linked to a job title or mobilisation requirements
- streamlines workers' training compliance prior to attending a worksite
Online lesson scheduling can be accessed by going to Online lesson scheduling via the left-sided navigation.
The Online lesson scheduling page allows company administrators to register their employees to online lessons provided by the worksite (other than the online training linked to job title or mobilisation requirements) as additional training.
To schedule a lesson:
1. Select to bring up the schedule lessons page.
2. Select a worksite. Worksite select shows only worksites which your company has at least one employee with a mobilisation record on their profile for (regardless of mobilisation status).
3. Select one or multiple lessons to schedule.
4. Choose the employees you want to schedule for the lesson. Individual employee select box only lists employees with a valid mobilisation for the selected worksite.
Note: If the selected employee has already completed the selected lesson to schedule and is valid, the system will notify the user and will provide additional scheduling options.
5. Click to proceed with scheduling the lesson/s.
Note: If the lesson selected is linked to payment fees, the will change to
and the system will ask you to pay via credit card or purchase order (if your company is eligible) to proceed with scheduling the lesson/s.
6. A confirmation message will pop up on the upper right-hand side of the screen.
Important!
Company will receive a receipt if credit card is used for payment.
The online training link will be sent to employee's email on profile.
