Damstra’s Digital Forms replaces paper and manual processes with a convenient paperless app that runs on a Smartphone, Tablet, or PC for fast, easy data capture in the field or on a worksite. It automates and digitalizes data capture and form population to support virtually any process including inspections, incident investigations, audits, observation training checklists, timesheets, permits, and other workplace safety and efficiency initiatives.
With the Damstra Forms app, data can be captured anywhere and anytime, even when working offline without internet connectivity!
To Log into the Damstra Forms App:
1. Download the Damstra Forms App from your App Store.
2. A welcome message will be displayed for first-time users. Click Log in to continue.
3. Click I'll sign in manually.
4. Enter your organisation's Damstra Forms URL then click Go.
Note: The URL you use to log in to Damstra Forms in the web should look like this: https://company.au.damstraforms.com
Where "company" is replaced by something chosen by your organization (often the company name or something similar). You'll be able to find this in your welcome email, or contact your Damstra Forms Administrator.
5. Click Sign in with Damstra Global if you have Single Sign on set up, select your companies’ button. Otherwise, in the Sign in with your email and password section, enter your email and password you use to log into the EPP. Click Sign in.
6. Click the cloud icon to subscribe to your project. The cloud will change to an ellipsis once you have subscribed.
7. Click the Project to access the menu.
