Integration with the Enterprise Protection Platform (EPP) slashes data entry time by pre-populating many form fields with the correct information. It also ensures that completed form data is automatically added to employee, safety, and asset records.
Forms that have been set up to automatically upload as a skill in a Workers Profile in the EPP are done by closing the completed form.
To send a form to an EPP profile:
1. Select the form to expand the available actions. Click Actions button, then select Close.
2. Once the Form is closed, a padlock icon will display on the left side.
3. The Form will appear automatically in the Employee’s profile in the EPP.
Note: The Form you created will be saved in Skills Records and could be under: Global Qualification, Worksite Skills, or Communications. This will depend on how the skill was configured. For this example, the form is in Worksite Skills.
4. By expanding the skill, you will see the full details and you can also download the file into PDF.
