Company Documents allow the company users to view and manage their company documents, documents that are required for their employee's mobilisation. Such as insurance, contracts or any company documents that are related to the employee's mobilisation.
This feature can be accessed via the left side menu by clicking Workforce management → Your company documents.
Your Company Documents are categorised into 3 sections:

Required documents – this tab shows any documents that the company needs to supply for their employee's mobilisation. This could be either expired or could be ones that have not yet been supplied at all which could be due to mobilising an employee to a new worksite that requires a document that the company has never supplied.
To upload the required company document:

to to expand.
- Fill out the details needed, upload the document and click
button to submit the request for approval.

Approved documents - this tab shows all the approved company documents that are related to your employee's mobilisation. The page will display the name of the document, the worksite, status, expiration date and comments if there are any.
By clicking the
button, it will give you the previous versions of the document (history).
And, if you will expand the document by clicking theicon, it will display the current version of the approved document.

Verification history – this tab shows all the documents sent for verification. The page will display the Name of the document, the worksite, the status and date of the document if when it was approved or declined, and the email address of the requester.
Company users also have the option to upload a company document even mobilisation hasn't taken place yet, keeping their company documents on track.
- Click the
button from the upper right side of the Your Company Documents page.
- A pop-up page will appear to select a Document type and worksite. Then provide the other details of the document you are uploading.
- Click the
button to submit the request for approval.
