All Employees of workforce management in EPP offers company users:
- full control over their employees' information
- ability to mobilise existing employees and new employees
- access to employee's skill records, timecards, and health & safety records
All Employees page is accessed via the left-sided navigation by clicking (1) Workforce management > (2) All employees.
On the All Employees page, you can:
- Search for an employee
- View all employees register for your company
- View an employee profile - click on the profile button
to go to employee profile details page.
- Jump to employee timecards - click on the clock button to view the employee timecard if custom permission is enabled. By default, the employee timecard displays records for the last 6 days.

Employee Profile Details
The employee profile details page has 2 parts:

Employee top summary
The employee profile top summary is located at the top of the employee profile page. This section allows company users to view information on employee's profiles e.g. worksite access, crews, company, job titles etc. To find out more about this section please click here. -
Items on the employee's profile
Items on the profile section are located under the top summary. This section lets users view mobilisations, skills records, access control-related items, health and safety records and employee details on the employee’s profile page. To find out more about this section please click here.
Top summary of the employee profile page
The top summary section is located at the top of the employee profile page. This section lets users view important information on the employee's profile page.
1. Employee details
The following details are shown on the employee profile:
- Shows the employee profile photo with a QR code
- Shows the full name of the employee
- Shows the Damstra ID of the employee
- Shows the list of job titles
- Shows the list of crews (if any)
- Shows the records for printed access cards
- Shows the company
2. More Menu
The dropdown menu is located on the top right of the employee profile page. This section allows users to remove employees from their company.
Items on the profile of the employee profile page
Items on the profile section is located below the top summary employee profile page. This section allows users to view the following for their employees.
- Mobilisations
- Skill records
- Learning paths
- Access control
- Health and safety records
- Employee details
1. Mobilisations
Mobilisations tab is located on the employee profile page for users to view information on inductions and registration details including worksite, mobilisation type, status, start date, and expiry date. Valid mobilisations are marked green, expired or invalid mobilisations are red, and orange means mobilisation is in alerting period or expiring.
Notes:
- Enter a keyword in the search item bar located on the top right to narrow down the desired search result.
- Click
located next to the requirements button to view the history
- Click on to expand and view additional details & attachments for the selected mobilisation.
- More information about the invalid requirements can be seen on the mobilisation details page. Click on
to open the employee's details page on a separate browser page.
Click on
to upload the missing/invalid requirement which will be verified by Damstra.

2. Skill Records
This section lets users view employee skill records, download attachments on the skill, manage and upload skills against the employee profile. The following skill records are shown on the page.
- Qualifications (skills that are accepted in all organisation)
- Worksite skills (worksite-wide skills)
- Worksite appointments (???)
- Communications (any skills that are neither global qualifications, worksite skills, nor worksite appointments)
3. Learning Paths
This section lets users view employees' Learning Paths, upload the missing requirements, and display the status of each Learning Path assigned to the employees by the worksite. The following information is shown on the page.

4. Access Control
This section lets users view access records and reports on the employee's profile page. The following information is shown on the page.
Timecards
The Timecard section of the access control tab opens the employee's timecard that displays the employee's shift activity during any given date range. The following information is displayed on the employee's timecard:
- Day of week
- Date Worked
- Shift start time
- Shift end time
- Total shift hours
- Total worked hours
- Origin
- Department
- Company
Health & Safety Records
This section of the employee profile page allows users to view and add health & safety records including;
- Medical
- Drug & alcohol tests
Employee Details
This section lets users view and edit employee details on the employee’s profile page.
