Workforce Management - Company Questionnaires

Company Questionnaires are required by a specific worksite to provide them with further information about your company. 

This feature can be accessed via the left-side navigation by clicking Workforce management → Company questionnaires.

The page will display all the outstanding Company Questionnaires that are needed to be completed.

When a company user mobilises an employee for induction to a specific site and it's their first time to book an induction for this worksite, the company questionnaire will be included as a company requirement.

Note: Damstra cannot modify or alter the questionnaires. For queries or feedback regarding the following questions, the company should reach out to the site contact of the worksite.
