Damstra Learning's Welcome Email - What to do next

The Damstra Learning Welcome email is sent to users created in the Damstra Learning platform. This email includes a link to the Damstra Learning page of the client/project you are performing work for, your username, and the web address:

For new users of Damstra Learning:

1. Click on the link "Click here to access..."
2. You'll be taken to a password setup page, where you can enter your password for Damstra Learning.
   
3. Once you have entered your new password and saved it, you will be taken to one of two locations:
   - On PC, you will be taken to the Learning Portal for the client/project you are completing the learning courses for. 
   
   - On mobile, you will be taken to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store and asked to download the Damstra Learning application to your device. Once downloaded, you will be taken to the Learning Portal for the client/project you are completing the learning courses for.
   
4. Please enter the Username provided in the welcome email (this will be a number and is the same as your Damstra ID), and enter the password you have just set up.
   
5. If it asks you to enter a web address, please use the value under the "Web Address" field in the welcome email.
   
6. Once you are logged in, you will be able to click on the learning course you need to complete and be taken through it.
   

For existing users, who have done training for a different client/project or have expired training, your process will be slightly different:

1. Click on the link "Click here to access..."
2. If it asks you to enter a web address, or if the web address is different from what you previously used,  please use the value under the "Web Address" field in the welcome email. There will be an option to change this on the login page
   
3. Enter the username and password you have previously used. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Help! I can't login to my account" button on the login page of your PC/Mac or "Forgot Password" if you are on your mobile, this will send instructions for resetting your password to your registered email address.
   
4. Once you are logged in, you will be able to click on the learning course you need to complete and be taken through it.
   
   
   You have just completed setting up your Damstra Learning login.
