Employee Profile - Health & Safety Records

Health & Safety Records section allows the employee to view their current and historic medical records uploaded to their profiles.

Medical

The Medical menu has 2 tabs:

• Medicals
• Medical records

Medicals

This section displays medicals that are either linked to meet the mobilisation or job title requirement. Medicals allow you to view medical type, alert, worksite, status, as-of-date, expiry date, and if a management plan is required.

Medical Records

This section displays all medical records uploaded to the employee profile, either the skill is being used to meet a mobilisation, job title, learning pathway, or terminal access requirement, or it may be a requirement for another skill on the employee profile.

Notes:

• View the details of a skill in either Medicals or Medical Records by clicking to expand and view additional details and attachments of the selected skill.
• View the document attached to the skill by downloading the attachment.
  
• Select the ellipsis to bring up more actions including view history, and delete.
  
• To update your medical record please contact your Company Administrator.
