Expiries

Expiries section allows the employee to view and resolve the expired or expiring documents and qualifications on their profile.

To access Expiries:

1. Click the Expiries from the menu.

2. Your expiries page will be displayed on your screen.

• Mobilisations – this area will display if you have an expired or expiring mobilisation.
  
• Job Title Requirements – For certain job titles, the worksite may specify a timeframe during which the requirements are valid. This timeframe may end before your skill record expires. You’ll see these requirements listed here, and you’ll need to renew them before the specified date to ensure your eligibility for mobilization remains valid.

• Qualifications – this area will display your expired and upcoming expired global qualifications.
  
• Worksite-specific skills – these are the requirements/documents that are worksite-specific.
  
• Payments – this is where your mobilisation licence fees will sit if expire.
  
• Medical Documents – this is where your medical documents will sit if expired.
  
• Lessons – If one of your online courses expires, this is where you can see the list.
  
• Worksites-supplied skills - are worksite specific skills that you must maintain to keep your worksite access valid.
  

3. Expired or expiring qualifications can be filtered as follows:

• Filter by worksites
• Filter by upcoming and expired only expired and only upcoming expired.
• Filter by expired in last month up to expired in last 5 years.
• Filter by expiring in the next month up to expiring in the next 5 years.

Upload expired and expiring qualifications

You can upload any of your expired or expiring qualifications by following these steps:

1. From the 'Your Expiries' page, click across the qualification you want to update.
   
2. You will have the 'Upload Document' window where you can drop or upload the file and enter the start and expiry date of the document. 
   
3. If the document is a card or license, the system will remind you to upload the back of the card to avoid being declined.
   
4. Select to submit your upload. The verification team will verify your document in 24 hours.
