Forwarding to employees is an integrated module of the EPP for companies that work hand in hand with the mobilisation process.
The feature enables company administrators to easily manage and collect all information relevant to their employee’s mobilisation, job title and learning path by allowing the employee to complete all applicable requirements.
Forwarding to employees allows company administrators to forward outstanding information to their employees to complete, removing blockers in the mobilisation process easily and ensuring that all worksite requirements are met before attending the worksite.
To forward this to a New employee to complete:
1. After you start a mobilisation, you can forward the Employee details to be filled out by the employee by clicking the Forward link.
2. A pop-up screen will appear, type in the employee’s email address to send a notification. This will send a link to the employee to complete this requirement. As this employee doesn’t exist in the Damstra system yet, this link will expire in 7 days for security reasons.
3. After selecting the preferred session (if required) and Job titles, roles, and tasks, you need to supply the employee requirements based on the job title/s you selected for the employee. These requirements can also be forwarded to the employee to upload. The same pop-up screen will appear to enter the email address and again the link will expire in 7 days, the validity of the link will be based on the latest requirement forwarded.

4. Click button to complete the process.
5. The employee will then be notified via email that they need to complete this/these requirements. Be reminded that you won’t be able to send this mobilisation request for verification until the employee completes the requirements.
6. Forwarding of requirements to employees can be retracted and send a reminder.
To forward this to an Existing Employee to complete:
1. In the mobilisation process after selecting the job title and preferred session (if required), under Employee requirements, click Forward all incomplete items or Forward to employee link.

2. A pop-up screen will appear for you to verify the email address of the employee. You can set a due date for this request to be completed.
3. Click button to complete the process.
4. The employee will then be notified via email that they need to complete this/these requirements. Be reminded that you won’t be able to send this mobilisation request for verification until the employee completes the requirements.
5. Forwarding of requirements to employees can be retracted and send a reminder.
