Follow Support portal Content

Overview

Following content in the support portal allows you to receive automated updates via email every time a new item is created and added/edited in your "Followed" content. You can follow Articles thus keeping you up to date with all that is new in the most efficient way possible.

Note: the following process can be used for ANY support portal content.

Procedure

If there is a particular Article of content within the Knowledge base you wish to follow.

• Select On Line Help from the support options in the Safety web app.

From the resulting Resource Library,

• Click on a Module to expand it's content. e.g. Risk

From the resulting Articles:

IF you wish to follow an Article i.e. be advised every time this Article is updated.

• Click on Article you wish to follow.

IF you wish to follow an Article - From the selected Article:

• Click on the follow button.

This will result in the receipt of an email update every time new content is added/edited in the Articles you have followed.

Repeat this process until all required content has been "followed".
