Mobile App - If the App Store shows Open instead of Update

Problem:

When opening Damstra Forms, sometimes a warning message comes up saying the app requires updating for it to be compatible with the server. This gives you two options: Continue and App Store. 

When you select App Store, it takes you to Samm within the App Store.

In some cases that may show OPEN instead of UPDATE.

Resolution

From the home screen, open the App Store go into updates (tap your profile icon at the top of the screen, scroll to see pending updates and release notes) and refresh.
