What to do if you have someone leaving the business, or no longer using Damstra Forms in their role?
While it is possible to change a user's name and email address to someone else's to reuse the license, this would cause the new person to inherit the original user's history and forms in the system - which could cause auditing problems.
The best thing to do is to edit the outgoing user and make them Inactive (see What does Active mean?). This will reduce the number of licenses that are counted as being "in use".
To manage your users, go to Admin Menu > Users > Edit User.
This way, you can create a new user account for the new user while keeping the old user's history separate.
