Register attendees for a session
Overview
After creating and saving a pre-start, toolbox talk, or training session, you can register attendees directly from the Health & Safety calendar.
Add attendees to a session
To register attendees:
- Locate the session in the Health & Safety calendar and click Details.
- Go to the Attendees tab and click Add attendees.
- In the Add attendees dialog, view the number of available spots (if a maximum attendee limit is set).
Choose attendees from one of the following lists:
- Individual employees – includes all employees registered at the session’s site
- Individual visitors – includes all visitors registered at the site
- Crews – shows all registered crews and their member counts. If a crew exceeds the available spots, a warning appears
- Companies – lists companies with active workers at the site and their employee counts. A warning appears if the selected company exceeds the available spots
Click Add attendee to confirm your selection.
Note: If more people need to attend than the current limit allows, and circumstances permit, go to the Session details tab, increase the Max. number of attendees, save the change, and return to the Attendees tab to add more people.
Remove or edit attendees
Once attendees are added, you can manage them individually or in bulk:
- Click the ellipsis next to an attendee to:
- Remove attendee from the list
- Mark attendance
- Rate competency as Competent or Not yet competent
- Use the Select all checkbox to:
- Remove attendees in bulk
- Edit attendees in bulk
Manage attendees using the mobile app
You can also manage attendees via the mobile app. Options include scanning attendees in using their QR codes for quick registration and tracking.
