BAC report

The BAC Report is a document that records the results of a breath alcohol test, which measures the amount of alcohol in a person's system. BAC report page can be accessed via the left-sided navigation by clicking the Worksite → BAC report.

The report allows level 1-3 users to view BAC results of the employees who have been tested via an onsite terminal for the selected worksite(s).

The following information is displayed in the report:

1. Report search criteria

This section allows users to run a report based on the following search criteria:

• Date Range
  • There is no date range limit to run the report
• Companies
  • Users can select a single or multiple companies to run the report
  • Note: This step is optional.
• Crews
  • Users can select a single or multiple crews to run the report
  • Note: This step is optional 
• Terminals
  • Users can select a single or multiple terminals to run the report
  • Note: This step is optional
• Self-test results
  • Users can include/exclude self-test results from the report.
• Users can also include additional search parameters for the report as per below:
  
  • Show only non-zero results
  • Show only retests

2. Generated report

The generated report will display the following information:

• Damstra badge ID
• Requested date
• Company
• Employee name
• Location (Terminal)
• BAC Level (Result)
• Job Title

Note: 

• Click on button to export the generated report into Excel or CSV format
• bar allows users to search for a word by typing in a keyword.
  • Click  to search for the next matching keyword that you entered in the find search bar
• Click  to navigate to the next page or the previous page of the report displayed on the screen.
