Alerts overview

This page is an overview of alert reports that were issued to the employees such as overstays, inductions, stickers, BAC, questionnaires, and excessive hours. The user can view and download the report based on the terminal or site.

Alerts overview can be accessed via the left-sided navigation by clicking the Worksite → Alerts Overview.

The report allows level 1-3 users to view an overview of alerts generated by employees for the selected worksite(s). 

Terminal Based Alerts

These are the types of reports that are being generated or raised through the terminal. Alerts may vary depending on how they were configured.

The generated report will display the following information:

• Terminal
• Access level
• Name
• Contact
• Alerts configured for that user
  
  

Note: 

• Click on button to export the generated report into Excel or CSV format
• Click on to apply employee filters on the report.
• Find search bar allows users to search for a word by typing in a keyword.
  • Click  to search for the next matching keyword that you entered in the find search bar
• Click  to navigate to the next page or the previous page of the report displayed on the screen.

Site Based Alerts

These are the types of reports that are being generated or raised through the worksite.

The generated report will display the following information:

• Terminal
• Access Level
• Name
• Contact
• Alerts
