People on site

The People on Site report page can be accessed via the left-sided navigation by clicking Worksite → People on Site menu item.

The report provides a quick and easy overview of people currently onsite. Level 1-3 users can view real-time activity on issues alerts, crews, permanents, contractors and individual activity within the last 24 hours for the selected worksite(s).

The following information is displayed in the report:

1. On site now

The on-site now tab allows users to view and monitor contractors, visitors, permanents and alerts that are on-site in real time. The following information is displayed in this section:

• Full name
  • Click on the name to open the employee's profile page on a separate browser page. To find out more on the employee's profile page click here. 
• Damstra badge ID number
• Employee Type
• Alert
• Company name
• Location (Terminal)
• Timestamp of the in-punch

Note:

• Click on button to export the generated report into PDF, Excel or CSV format
• Click on to apply terminal filters on the report.
• Click button to refresh the page

2. Crew on site

The crews on site tab allows users to view crews on-site in real-time for the selected worksite(s) that they have access to. The following information is displayed in this section.

• Crew list
  • Shows a list and total number of people on site. 
  • Click to expand and view the list of contractors for the selected crew and see who is on-site and who is not.
    
• Members on site
• Members off site

Note:

• Click on button to export the generated report into PDF, Excel or CSV format
• The find search bar allows users to search for a keyword.
  • Click  to search for the next matching keyword that you entered in the find search bar
• Click  to navigate to the next page or the previous page of the report displayed on the screen.
• Click button to refresh the page

3. Recent Alerts

The alerts tab allows users to view alerts triggered by people on-site in real-time for the selected worksite(s).

The following information is displayed in this section:

• Full name
  • Click on the name to open the employee's profile page on a separate browser page. To find out more on the employee's profile page click here.
• Badge number
• Type
• Alert type
  • To find out more about the alert types please click here.
• Company name
• Location name
• Timestamp of in-punch
• Job title of the employee

• Click on button to export the generated report into PDF, Excel or CSV format

4. Last 24 hours

The last 24 hours tab located on the top left of the people on site report page allows users to view the list of people that were on site in the last 24 hours with the associated punch-in and punch-out timestamp for the selected worksite. The following information is displayed in this section:

• Full name
  • Click on the name to open the employee's profile page on a separate browser page. To find out more on the employee's profile page click here.
• Badge number
• Company name
• In punch timestamp
• Out punch timestamp
• Location name
• Job title of the employee
