You may group your learners based on location, job role in the organisation, or in any way you see fit.

By setting up groups, you can;
- Sett up an automatic schedule rule for users of a group. Read about Automatic Scheduling Rules.
- Add lesson content to the library for a specific group. Read about Adding a lesson to the library.
- Give access to a group of trainees to receive a specific achievement. Read about Gamification and creating Achievements.
- Allow a user to supervise the members of a group. Read about The Supervisor Role.
- Use groups to the setup used to organise into training groups, i.e.
Supervisors can be assigned to manage a particular group’s follow-ups and user details.
Hierarchical Groups
Only Ultimate Plans have access to create hierarchical groups. Once enabled, subgroups inherit settings from their parents.
