View past results & Download certificates

Viewing lesson completion results allows Administrators and Supervisors to track the learners' progress and understand their performance. Additionally, Administrators and Supervisors can download the completion certificates on behalf of the learner.

To view detailed results:

1. Go to Users under the Manage tab.
2. Select the user name or click the ellipsis then choose Results. This action brings up the Results page.
   
3. Click the ellipsis across the lesson then select View Results.
   
4. This will bring up the Assessment results.
   

You may export the assessment results in CSV file by clicking Export.

To download the certificate;

There are 2 places where you can download the completion certificate.

• In the Results page, click the ellipsis then select Download Certificate.
  
• In the Assessment Results window, select Download Certificate.
  

The completion certificate is downloaded in pdf.
