How to add custom fields

Custom Fields allow users to add personalised fields in user details and lesson properties. Administrators can add custom fields by going to the Admin menu and selecting the Custom Fields section. There will be 2 selections in adding custom fields, Users and Lessons.

Users Custom Field

Add a Users custom field:

Display Name: This is the name of the additional field

Field ID: Enter the display name and the field ID will automatically be generated

Description: An optional description of the custom field

Required: When tick, the field must have a content and cannot be left empty

Self-Registration: When tick, field will be visible on the registration page

User List: When tick, field will be visible on the users page

Lessons Custom Field

Add a Lessons custom field:

Display Name: This is the name of the additional field

Field ID: Enter the display name and the field ID will automatically be generated

Description: An optional description of the custom field

Click save to successfully create the custom field.
