On-site now

The on site now report provides a quick and easy overview of people who are currently onsite. The report page allows the company users to view and monitor their own employees in real-time, such as recent alerts and the last 24 hours onsite.

The following information is displayed in the report:

• Employee Name and Damstra ID
• Alert
• Worksite
• Location
• Punch in
• Department

The page will also display the total number of people onsite, total alerts raised recently, total locations, worksites, and departments. All types of access can be accessed by this feature. From the left side menu, click Access Control → On site now.

The On-site now report can be downloaded as Excel or CSV.

Recent Alerts

The Recent Alerts page will display the different types of alerts that were raised recently such as overstay, licence fees and expired requirements for employee’s mobilisation.

The Recent Alerts report can be downloaded as Excel or CSV.

Last 24 hours

The last 24-hour feature will give you the employees that were on site within the last 24 hours. Punch in/out will display on this page and if the employee punches multiple times by mistake, timestamps will also display.
