The Mobilisation Documents tab under Company Details allows users to view essential information about the company's global documents and worksite-specific documents with expiry dates and values. Global documents are the same across all worksites (e.g. Company’s public liability). Worksite documents are specifc to single worksite (e.g. contract papers of a company). These are the documents that are required for their employee’s mobilisation.
The page will display the following details:
- Document Name
- Expiry Date
Note:
- Users can include historical documents. Damstra can only display records in 2017, we can't show historical documents earlier than 2017.
- Click the
to expand the details of the document.
- Level 2-3 users can download the attachment
Verification Tab
This section allows users to view the verification history of all the documents that were submitted for approval, Approved or Declined.
The page will display the following details:
- Document type
- Email Address of the requester
- Action
- On - date when it was reviewed
Note:
- Click the
on the declined document to expand and see the reason why the document was rejected.
- Click the document with a hyperlink to download and see the attachment that was submitted.
