The Company details page is accessed via the left menu of the Manage Worsite, by clicking the Company Management → All contracting companies → Click the Company name (with a hyperlink) or Details button displayed on the all contracting page.
The company page allows level 1-3 users to view information on active and inactive companies registered under a worksite(s) they can access.
The users will be directed to the company details page that displays the following:
- Workforce Management - this tab allows users to view all the employees of the company selected. To learn more about Workforce Management tab, please click here.
- Mobilisation Documents – this tab allows users to view essential information about the company's global documents and worksite-specific documents with expiry dates and values. Global documents are the same across all worksites (e.g. Company’s public liability). Worksite documents are specifc to single worksite (e.g. contract papers of a company). These are the documents that are required for their employee’s mobilisation. To learn more about Mobilisation Documents, please click here.
- Company Records - this tab allows users to view, upload company records or create a folder for all companies under the worksite(s) that they have access to. To learn more about Company Records, please click here.
- Details & Settings – this tab allows users to view Company details such as Company contact details, company physical address, address where Damstra Card will be posted, address where invoices and other related matters will be sent, primary contact for employee mobilisations, and primary contact for accounts. Users can also view User login accounts that are currently registered under the selected company. To learn more about Details & Settings, please click here.
- Change History – this tab allows users to view the changes made in the company. To learn more about Change History, please click here.
