Assessment - Understanding Different Help Types

Assessments are important for checking how much the learner has learned. To help your learners pass the assessment, you may add clues using the different help types in Damstra Learning. Remember, these clues apply only to quiz-type assessments.

Add the assessment question, and select advanced options to bring up the help types.

Understanding Different Help Types

1. General Help Type

The General Help Type lets you add text and images as clues. If you want learners to see these clues before answering a question, check the "Always Show General Help" option.

2. Replay Module

Replay Module allows you to select the module to replay from the dropdown list when the learner gets an incorrect answer.

3. Per Incorrect Answer

Per Incorrect Answer help type will add a text field for hints to each incorrect answer. This help text will appear when a learner selects one of these incorrect options.
