Schedule a Job Title Matrix Report
You can schedule any saved Job Title Matrix report to be emailed out regularly regardless of visibility as long as you are added as a recipient of this report. The recipient must be an EPP user for the worksite.
1. From the Job Title Matrix, select Saved matrixes and click which of the matrixes you want to schedule.
2. Select Scheduled email tab and enable "Schedule email for this matrix".
3. Enter the Subject (if no subject is added, default is Job title matrix - [Worksite name] - [Matrix name] - [Date]), set the Frequency and Time when the email will be sent, select the Recipients, then include any optional message.
4. Click the button to save the details. You will receive a test sample of the email scheduled, then the next will be sent according to the frequency selected.

Exported report will now include a ‘Signed by’ field that users can print out and sign off as required – this will include signature, name, position, and date fields.
