The new job title matrix page is accessed via the left-sided navigation by clicking the Workforce Management → Job title matrix → New matrix button.
This section allows users to add a new job title matrix by following the three-step process. All newly created job title matrixes can be accessed via the saved matrixes tab located on the job title matrix page.

1. Matrix data
The section allows users to add employees, select a job title, or apply filters to show specific data on the report.
1. Employees
The Employees section allows users to choose all employees, groups of employees, or individually select employees for the selected worksite(s).
The below additional setting can be applied by clicking on the checkbox:
- Don't show an employee in the matrix if they don't have the job title selected below - this option will not be available if you select "Any employees with the selected job title"
2. Job title
The job title section allows users to select which specific job title/s to run a matrix report.

button to proceed with the next step to configure the display options on the job title matrix report page.
2. Matrix display
This section allows users to include/display additional employee profile information in the job title matrix report. Users can re-order the columns, manage themes and configure other display options.

This section allows users to include/exclude columns to display employee information based on the worksite(s) preference. The following columns can be included or excluded from the job title matrix report table:

This section allows users to:

- Choose a default colour theme by clicking on the theme drop-down menu
- Manage existing colour themes in
section. The following information is displayed in Manage Your Theme section:
- View the list of all saved themes.
- View default theme
- No. of saved matrixes using the selected theme
- View the change history of the selected theme
- Click the delete button to delete an existing theme.
- Create a new customised colour theme and save it
- Colour code each status based on your preferences.
- Choose a default colour theme by clicking on the theme drop-down menu
4. View/Back button
- Click the
button to proceed with the next step to review and finalise the job title matrix.
- Click the
button to go back from the first step to edit the matrix data.
3. View Matrix
The section allows users to review the job title matrix report page before saving it. All newly created job title matrixes can be accessed via the saved matrixes tab located on the skills matrix page.
- Click the
button to save the new job title matrix
- Click the
button to download the matrix in an Excel file
