The Job Title matrix is accessed via the left-side navigation by clicking Workforce Management → Job Title Matrix
This section allows users to view a summary report of the job title matrix that has been set up and configured based on the worksite(s) specific requirements. To learn more on how to configure and manage the job title matrix detail page, please click here.
1. Worksite Selector
This section is located on the top left of the page and allows the user to select the worksite(s) that they wish to run the report on. Worksite will be default if the user only has one access.
2. New matrix
This section allows users to create a new job title matrix from scratch. To find out more about this section Create a new job title matrix
3. View tab
This section allows users to view a summary of the job title matrix report. The selected default matrix is the one that will be displayed on this tab. The following information is displayed in this section:
1. Analysis of summary
This section displays a summary of the job title and requirement status of the selected employees. The following information is displayed in this section:
- No. of employees selected
- No. of valid job titles of the selected employees
- No. of invalid job titles of the selected employees
- No. of employees who do not have the job title selected
- No. of requirements met for the selected employees
- No. of requirements not met for the selected employees
- No. of upcoming or due within 90 days for the selected employees
2. Job title matrix table
This section allows users to view which employees have the job title and whether or not it is valid, invalid or close to becoming invalid thereby allowing for training to be planned. The following information is displayed in this section:
- Shows employee name with a Damstra Badge ID
- Click on the name to open the employee's profile page. To learn more on the employee's profile page click here.
- Shows additional information from the employee's profile as columns on the table. These columns can be added or removed on the job title matrix detail page. To learn more on the job title matrix detail page click here. The following columns are displayed based on the worksite(s) preferences:
- Crew name
- Department name
- Latest medical expiry date
- Date of birth
- Date when the employee was last on site
- Company name
- Date the employee started with their company
- All job titles
- Shows the requirements of the selected job title in the job title matrix detail page of the selected employees. The table will show a list of the skills and/or groups and statuses in their respective columns. The following information is displayed in this section:
- Job title name
- Job title status
- Requirement type
- Requirement group and/or skill name
- As of or expiry date if applicable based on the requirement setup
- Requirement status
- Note: Statuses vary on job title requirement setup.
4. Saved matrixes tab
This section provides a quick view of all saved matrixes for the selected worksite(s). The following information is displayed in the section:
- Matrix name
- Click on the matrix name to open the job title matrix detail page. To learn more on the job title matrix detail page click here.
- Visibility
- Users can check whether the selected job title matrix is visible to the owner, public or shared with specific individuals. To change the visibility please click here and go to 3. Details Tab.
- Your default matrix
- Scheduled Email is setup or not
- Date created and creator name
- Last updated date and modifier name
- Details button
- The
button allows users to access the job title matrix detail page of the selected job title matrix.
- The
- Click
located on the right to perform the following actions:

- Users can copy the selected job title matrix and use it as a template for a new job title matrix if they don't want to create it from scratch.

- Users can share the selected matrix with one or multiple employees.

- Users can delete the selected matrix from the saved matrixes list.
Note: The deleted skill matrix can be viewed under thetab.

5. Deleted matrixes
This section provides a quick view of all deleted matrixes for the selected worksite(s). The following information is displayed in the section:
- Matrix name
- Visibility
- Create date and created by name
- Deleted date and deleted by name
- Revert button
- Users can click on the revert button to undo the delete action on the selected job title matrix. The selected job title matrix will appear in the saved matrixes tab once reverted.
