Importing slides and videos to a Damstra Learning Module Editor

Damstra Learning Module Editor makes creating and editing lessons easier without the need to leave the platform. Use the import feature that allows Admins or Editors to copy slides from one lesson into another. This gives you a quick way to re-cycle previous pages you have built using the Damstra Learning module editor.

Import a Slide

To import a Slide to a Damstra Learning Module Editor:

1. Select edit from the lesson editing page to enter the Damstra Learning Module Editor.
2. Hover over the Add Slide, which is the Plus (+) icon, button to bring up the Import Slide button.
3. Select the Import Slide button to bring up the Import Slide view.
   
4. Select the Lesson that you want to import the Slide from, this will bring up the chapter view if the Lesson was a Damstra Learning Video Lesson.  
   
5. Select the Chapter where the Slide is contained, this will bring up the list of Slides contained for that Chapter.
   Finally, select the Slide that you want to be imported to your Damstra Learning Module. The Slide will appear in your Damstra Learning Module.
   

Import a Video

To import a video, hover over the Add Slide, which is the Plus (+) icon, button to bring up the Import Slide button. Select the Import Slide button to bring up the Import Video option.

To import a Slide to a Damstra Learning Module Editor:

1. Go to the Lessons view and select your Module Lesson.
2. Select your Damstra Learning Module and select edit to enter the Damstra Learning Module Editor.
3. Hover over the Add Slide, which is the Plus (+) icon, button to bring up the Import Video window.
4. Drop or browse a video from your files to add a video. Then click 'add' to save.
5. The selected video will upload and will appear in your Damstra Learning Module.
