Attach documents and files to lessons for your trainees to download as part of their learning. Good for those Policy documents, checklist templates, or working examples. These appear available during the lesson and after completion.
To add additional resources to your Module:
- Log in as an administrator or editor.
- Navigate to the Manage then select the Lessons menu.
- Select the name of the lesson you would like to modify the thumbnail for in the lessons list.
- Select Edit Draft
- Once on the editing page, select the Additional Resources tab.
- Select the Upload button. Enter a name and a description. Then upload your file, and select save.
- Your new additional resource has now been added to your Module.
Note: Select the ellipsis to bring up actions including edit, download, and delete. - You can now Publish whenever you are ready, manually schedule it to your users or setup an Automatic Schedule Rule.
