The employee timecards menu items allows level 1-3 to generate and view a report on employees timecards. This displays the individual time and location worked during any given date range based on the selected worksite(s).
Worksite users can generate reports based on the below report parameters.
- Report Options
- Date Range
- Department
- Crews
- Company
- Individual employee
- Terminals
- Display Options
- Include days not worked
The generated report will display the following information:
- Day of week
- Date
- In/Out timestamp
- Total shift hours
- Daily hours
- Total cumulative shift hours
- Origin
- Department
- Company
- Worker Type
Note:
- Click
button to export the generated report into Excel or CSV format.
- Click
to navigate to the next page or the previous page of the report displayed on the screen.
- Click
button to add the missing punch, this access is only available if custom permission is given.
- Timestamp highlighted in blue means, the time punch was manually added.
