The employee timecards menu items allow levels 1-3 to generate and view a report on employees' timecards. This displays the total hours worked during any given date range based on the selected worksite(s).
Worksite users can generate reports based on the below report parameters.
- Report Options
- Date Range
- Minimum hours and date
- Company
- Department
- Sub Department
- Employment Type
- Person
- Terminals
- Induction Type
- Date Range
- Additional Options
- Sort by name
- Sort by hours
- Sort by shift count
The generated report will display the following information:
- Name
- Gender
- ID number
- Company
- Worker Type
- Terminal
- Total days
- Total days AM / PM
- Total hours
- Total hours AM / PM
Note:
- Click
button to export the generated report into Excel or CSV format.
- Click
to navigate to the next page or the previous page of the report displayed on the screen.
- Use the
to filter the employee search.
