Mobilisation and skill icons allow users to assign icons to important skills and mobilisations to quickly and easily identify these skills and mobilisations throughout the system including important skills and mobilisations on an employee's profile, on the 'People on-site' page, and stickers printed from terminals.
Mobilisation Icons
Icons can only be assigned to mobilisations at the worksite level by worksite users with custom permission. Managing the icons library is an upcoming enhancement.
Mobilisation icons can be accessed via the left-sided navigation by clicking (1) System settings > under Workforce management settings, select (2) Configure mobilisations menu item > select the (3) Icons tab.
From the mobilisation icon register worksite users can:
1. View the icon, icon name, mobilisation assigned to, and background image settings.
2. By selecting more options , view the icon history. Icon history displays when, what, and who made the change.
3. By selecting more options , edit assignment. Only the background image settings can be changed. Icon and mobilisation cannot be edited.
4. By selecting more options , unassign icon. Unassigning an icon from the mobilisation will remove the mobilisation icon throughout the system.
5. Assign a new icon by selecting .
- Select an icon from the library dropdown list or add a new icon by uploading PNG image which will be cropped to 1:1 ratio.
- Enter the icon name if adding a new icon
- Select the mobilisation
- If the background image is toggled yes, icons will appear as a background on the stickers printed from the terminal.
Employees with mobilisations that have icons assigned, are displayed next to the mobilisation. These icons are only visible to worksite users.
Skills Icons
Icons can be assigned to skills of any type:
- Global qualifications
- Org-wide qualifications
- Worksite skills
- Worksite appointments
- Communications
- Medical records
Note: A single skill could have multiple icons assigned.
Skills icons can be accessed via the left-sided navigation by clicking (1) System settings > under Workforce management settings, select (2) Configure skills menu item > select the (3) Icons tab.
From the skills icon register worksite users can:
1. View the worksite, icon, icon name, skill assigned to, skill level, and background image settings.
2. By selecting more options , view the icon history. Icon history displays when, what, and who made the change.
3. By selecting more options , edit assignment. Only the skill level and background image settings can be changed. Icon and skill cannot be edited.
4. By selecting more options , unassign icon. Unassigning an icon from the skill will remove the skill icon throughout the system.
5. Assign a new icon by selecting .
- Select an icon from the library dropdown list or add a new icon by uploading PNG image which will be cropped to 1:1 ratio.
- Enter the icon name if adding a new icon
- Select the skill
- Select the skill level (optional)
- If the background image is toggled yes, icons will appear as a background on the stickers printed from the terminal.
Note: A worksite user managing the whole organisation (with multiple worksites) can assign skills at the organisation level or the worksite level. This depends on whether the user filtered to view a single worksite or all worksites.
Employees with skills that have icons assigned, are displayed next to the skill. These icons are only visible to worksite users.
