Configure mobilisations can be accessed via the left-sided navigation by clicking System settings > Workforce management settings > Configure mobilisations menu item.
Self-configuration of mobilisations allows the user to configure all settings and requirements for employees to be mobilized for a worksite.
Self-configuration of mobilisations allows users to configure requirements using the below skill types:
- Worksite skills
- Worksite appointment
- Medical record skills
- Communications
- Org-wide qualifications
The Configure mobilisations allow users to perform the following actions:
- View existing Mobilisation
- Create new mobilisation
- Duplicate Mobilisation
- Delete Mobilisation
- View mobilisation details top summary info
- Edit mobilisation settings and manage mobilisation requirements
- View mobilisation linkages
- View employees with mobilisation
- View mobilisation change history
1. View existing Mobilisation
The Configure Mobilisation setting populates the existing mobilisations, status, expiry, if session is required, number of requirements, linkages, and number of employees with mobilisation.
The mobilisations are categorised into different status:
- Active Status – these mobilisations are current and added to the employee profile
- Inactive Status – these mobilisations were previously active but now inactive
- Draft Status – these mobilisations have been manually archived and can no longer be added to the profile
2. Create new mobilisation
Configure mobilisations allows worksite users to create a new induction type to be booked by employees and contractors. Once created, mobilisation is in draft status available to be edited, activated or deleted.
To create a new mobilisation:
- In the Configure job titles page, select
- Fill in the information required: mobilisation name, expiry
- Click
and you've just created a new mobilisation
3. Duplicate mobilisation
Users may duplicate existing mobilisations in draft, active, and inactive status keeping all the settings and requirements. Once duplicated, mobilisation is in draft status and will be able to be deleted until it is activated.
To duplicate a mobilisation:
- In the Configure job titles page, select more options
then click
- Enter the mobilisation name
- Click
and you've just duplicated a mobilisation
4. Delete mobilisation
Mobilisation in active and inactive status cannot be deleted for record purposes. Only mobilisations in draft status can be deleted and it cannot be undone.
To delete a mobilisation:
- In the Configure job titles page, select more options
then click

Confirm the intention to delete a mobilisation
- Click
and you've just deleted a mobilisation
5. View mobilisation details top summary info
This section located on the top of the mobilisation details page allows users to view a summary of the mobilisation detail. The following information is displayed in this section:
- Title of the mobilisation detail page
- Status
- Expiry
- Session required
- Edit draft button
- Actions
To view mobilisation details top summary info, in the Configure job titles page, select the mobilisation name or click .
6. Inactivate mobilisation
Inactivated mobilisations were previously active mobilisation. Records may still exist on employee profiles, but new records cannot be added and no linkages will exist.
To inactive a mobilisation:
- In the Configure job titles page, select the mobilisation name or click
- On the mobilisation detail top summary info, click more options
then select

Confirm the intention to inactivate a mobilisation
- Click
and you've just inactivated a mobilisation
7. Edit mobilisation settings and manage mobilisation requirements
Mobilisation settings and requirements can be viwede and modified by selecting edit draft on the mobilisation details top summary info.
To edit a mobilisation settings and add mobilisation requirements:
- In the Configure job titles page, select the mobilisation name or click
- On the mobilisation detail top summary info, click
- In the mobilisation settings tab, users can edit the mobilisation name, expiry and session requirement
- In the requirements tab, users can add requirements, edit the existing requirement's name, add options, and expire requirement
- Click
to save the changes
8. View mobilisation linkages
The Linkages tab displays whether the mobilisation is set as a prerequisite of another mobilisation. E.g., Underground induction requires Surface induction. Please note that it’s not mandated that all mobilisation needs to have linkages. The Upcoming sessions menu populates all the mobilisation's booking list or schedules in the calendar.
To view the mobilisation linkages:
- Select the mobilisation name or click
- Select the Linkages tab
- View other mobilisations linkages and upcoming sessions
9. View employees with mobilisation
The Employees tab displays a list of employees with the selected mobilisation. Displayed information includes employee name, company name, mobilisation status, start and expiry date.
To view the employees with the mobilisation:
- Select the mobilisation name or click
- Select the Employees tab
- Filter and view the employees with the mobilisation
10. View mobilisation change history
The change history tab lists all the changes made in the mobilisation settings with time stamp, changes made, and the name of the user who made a change.
To view the mobilisation change history:
- Select the mobilisation name or click
- Select the Change history tab
- View the date, time, what and who made the change
