With appropriate permission, Supervisor PIN allows worksite users to add PINs to their profiles. Either the worksite user sets up their PIN, or the worksite contact will set up the PIN on behalf of the worksite users. The PIN should be 4 digits long and will be hidden by an asterisk (*).
By setting up Supervisor PIN, user will have access extra features on the terminals. These features include:
- Change sticker rolls
- Log on visitors
- Conduct a BAC re-test
- Reprint stickers
- Conduct a site familiarisation
- Enroll finger scans and/or facial recognition
- Enroll finger scans and/or facial recognition for permanents
The supervisor PIN is accessible in the EPP on the user details page.
1. Go to System settings > select User login accounts > select the user and open the user details > click Permissions & access tab > on the Role & worksite section, there is Supervisor PIN for using on terminals.
2. Additional permissions will be available once the 4-digit pin is entered. Note that only permissions that the user has turned on will appear.
3. Click to save the changes.
