The Job Title matrix is accessed via the left-side navigation by clicking Workforce Management → Job Title Matrix. This section allows level 2-3 users to:
- To find employees with the selected job title
- View job title and requirements validity
- Add, edit, delete and customise job title matrix report based on the worksite(s) specific requirements
- Include a TNA/gap analysis for the selected job title
