Job Title Matrix - Overview

The Job Title matrix is accessed via the left-side navigation by clicking Workforce Management → Job Title Matrix. This section allows level 2-3 users to:

• To find employees with the selected job title 
• View job title and requirements validity
• Add, edit, delete and customise job title matrix report based on the worksite(s) specific requirements
• Include a TNA/gap analysis for the selected job title
