The dashboard is an online reporting tool that allows you to view, create, and edit multiple visuals (depending on your privileges) that represent data at-a-glance.
Dashboard Icon Bars
Each dashboard provides a series of selectable dashboard icons that allow you to perform specific dashboard functions. The icons shown may differ to the screenshots below, depending on your user access permissions.
Select an icon to perform a dashboard function, as described in the following table.
The visibility of these icons on a dashboard are affected by dashboard interactivity settings. See Control How Users Interact With a Dashboard.

Add Tags to a Dashboard
Users with READ + WRITE permissions to a dashboard can add. Once tags are added to a resource, users can filter dashboards they see by content tag.
To add a tag to a dashboard:
- Open a dashboard you have permissions to access and edit, then select the manage tag icon (
). The manage Tags work area opens.
- Select the Tags Search filed. A list of tags appears you can select from.
- Enter a few characters: a list of matching tags is returned if the tags exist. Select an existing tag to add it to this dashboard.
- When you've added the tags you need, select Save to save your tags with this dashboard.
- You can also add a new or existing tag to a dashboard when you save the dashboard: select an existing tag or add a new one.
