Company Management menu overview

The Company Management navigation menu on the left of the screen provides a two-pane view to access specific sections of the workplace management platform easily, Company Management → Company Management. 

1. All contracting companies

The All contracting companies menu allows level 1-3 users to access information on all the companies registered for the worksite(s) that users have access to. To learn more about all contracting companies click here.

Users can also access company details by clicking on the company name (with a hyperlink) displayed on the all contracting page. To learn more about the company details page click here.

2. Company timecards

The Company timecards menu allows level 1-3 users to generate and view company timecards. Timecards display the individual time worked during any given date range based on the selected worksite(s). 

Note: The company timecards are only visible if permission to view company timecards is enabled. To learn more about the company timecards click here.

3. Correspondence

The Correspondence menu is divided into two sections:

The Company messages allows users with custom permission access to send emails directly to the companies from the worksite. To learn more about company messages, please click here.

The Emails sent to companies are different correspondence emails sent by Damstra to the companies that are related to their employee's status. To learn more about Emails sent to companies, please click here.
