Alcolizer Quantum Module Replacement

1. Open the Quantum and locate the ‘OFF’ button, pressing briefly. The unit should show 3 circles on the front screen indicating the Quantum is safely shutting down, once the screen is blank, it is safe to proceed.
   
2. Locate the Service module in the bottom right-hand corner of the unit (red)
   
3. Disconnect the black drain tube (Blue)
4. Disconnect the serial cable (Orange)
5. Unscrew the brass thumb nut
6. Remove the Service Module, replacing it with the new calibrated Service Module provided
   
7. Replace the serial cable securely, along with the black drain tube and screw in the brass thumb nut to fully secure the calibrated Service Module. It is important the serial cable (Orange) is firmly secure once swap over is complete
   
8. Press the ‘OFF’ button to turn the Quantum back on.
9. Close the Quantum
10. Place the used Service Module back into the box and using the supplied pre-paid post bag return the module via any Australia Post location.

NOTE

Expired modules not returned within 14 days of module exchange, will result in being charged the full cost of the Service Module.
