You can schedule the saved Skills Matrix to be emailed out regularly regardless of visibility if you were added as a recipient. The recipient must be an EPP user for the worksite.
1. From the Skills Matrix, select Saved Matrixes and click the Matrix name or Details button you want to schedule.
2. Select Scheduled email and enable Schedule email for this matrix.
3. Enter the Subject (if no subject is added, the default is Skills title matrix - [Worksite name] - [Matrix name] - [Date]), set the Frequency and Time when the email will be sent, select the Recipients, then include any optional message.
4. Click the button to save the details. You will receive a test sample of the email scheduled, then the next will be sent according to the frequency selected.

Exported report will now include a ‘Signed by’ field that users can print out and sign off as required – this will include signature, name, position, and date fields.
