The advanced skill search report page can be accessed via the left-sided navigation by clicking Workforce management → Advanced skills search.
The report allows level 1-3 users to generate and view skill code, skill type, skill group and skill name for the selected worksite(s). The following information is displayed in the report:
1. Report search criteria
This section allows users to run reports based on the following search criteria:
- Skill type
- Search term
- As of date
- Expiry date
- Skill Level
- Induction type
- Include former employees
- Include expired skills
- Show skill details
- Run report
2. Generated report
The generated report will display the following information:
- Employee Name
- Company
- Primary SKill
- Department
- Skill
- As of date
- Expiration date
Note:
- Click on
button to export the generated report into Excel and CSV format
- Click on
to search for a specific skill from the result.
