The basic skill search report page can be accessed via the left-sided navigation by clicking Workforce management → Basic skills search.
The report allows level 1-3 users to generate and view skill code, skill type, skill group and skill name for the selected worksite(s). The following information is displayed in the report:
1. Report search criteria
This section allows users to run reports based on the following search criteria:
- Skill groups
- Specify the skill group name in this section
- Note: This step is optional
- Skill type
- Search term
- Additional options
- Include former employees
- Ignore expiration dates
- Run report
2. Generated report
The generated report will display the following information:
- Skill code
- Skill type
- Skill group
- Skill name
- Employees count
Note:
- Click on
button to export the generated report into Excel and CSV format
- Click on
to search for a specific skill from the result.
- Click on the number of employees
to show the employees that have the searched skills.
