The skills matrix page is accessed via the left-sided navigation by clicking Workforce Management → Skills matrix. This section allows level 2-3 users to:
- To find employees with selected skills.
- View skill validity
- Add, edit, delete and customise skills matrix report based on the worksite(s) specific requirements.
- Include a TNA/gap analysis for the selected skills
