This menu item allows level 1-3 users to upload documents for processing.
Note: Level 1 users require permission to upload employee documents.
Through the upload of employee documents, users can upload documents and set priorities (High, Normal, Low) for processing.
To have documents processed as quickly as possible:
- Ensure the file is formatted:
Person_name Person_number Skill_code Skill_name
E.g. John Smith 123456 4321 Skill Name.pdf - If the file name is not as above, add a description following this format instead.
- Each file uploaded only contains information for one employee and one skill code.
Worksite users can also view documents that have been uploaded and are awaiting processing and documents that have been processed.
