The employee search menu item allows users to access information on all employees registered for the worksite(s) and a quick link to view the employees' timecards.
Employee search page is accessed via the left-sided navigation by clicking Workforce management → Employee search.
1. Click on the employee search bar to search for an employee by:
- First name, last name or partial name of an employee
- Damstra ID
2. The employee search result will be displayed with the following employee details:
- Employee name
- Employee Damstra ID
- Company name that the employee registered in
3. Click on the button to view the employee profile page. For more information on the employee's profile please click here.
4. Click to view employee timecards if custom permission is enabled. The clock icon will show the employee’s timecard records for the last 6 days.
