Employee search
This menu item allows level 1-3 users to access information on all employees registered for the worksite(s). To find out more about this section please click here.

Add New Employee
This menu item allows users to add new employees (permanent) manually. Custom permission is required. To find out more about this section please click here.

Upload employee documents
This menu item allows level 1-3 users to upload documents for processing. To find out more about the section please click here.
Note: Level 1 users require permission to upload employee documents.

Timecards
This menu item allows level 1-3 users to generate and view reports on employees' timecards. To find out more about the section please click here.
Note: The user must have permission to view timecards.

Total worked hours
This menu item allows level 1-3 users to generate and view the report on total hours worked by employees for the selected worksite(s). To find out more about the section please click here.

Skills matrix
This menu item allows level 2-3 users to view skills matrix reports for the selected worksite(s). To find out more about the section please click here.
Note: Level 1 users do not have access to the skills matrix.

Basic skill search
This menu item allows level 1-3 users to generate and view reports on skill code, skill type, skill group, and skill name for the selected worksite(s). To find out more about the section please click here.

Advanced skill search

Job Title Matrix
